Weight management:

 

Being overweight or obese can have a negative effect on an individual's health and psychologically impact and affect a person’s body image and self-esteem. Anyone who’s ever tried to lose weight knows only too well how difficult this can be with will power alone. Hypnotherapy has been found to be an effective treatment for weight reduction and management.
